What the ads showed. TikTok videos depicting locations, combat speed and graphics that do not occur in the game, including how units fight and merge.
What the game is. A merge-and-build strategy game with base progression.
Status. The ASA upheld a complaint in November 2022 under both the misleading advertising and the exaggeration rules. TikTok said the ads had been pulled at the advertiser's request the month before.
Aggravating factor. The publisher did not respond to the ASA's enquiries, which was recorded as a separate breach for unreasonable delay, and the matter was referred to the compliance team.
